Applying for an Offer Letter (Admission)

This is the stage before the university issues the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).

Complete Application Form (Submitted to the university).

Academic Transcript: Full academic record of subjects studied, grades, and marks achieved to date (Current transcript required if still studying).

Certificates to Confirm Highest Qualification: Minimum 60% mark required (Undergraduate maximum 2-year gap; PG/Master maximum 4–5 year gap acceptable with evidence).

Evidence of English Ability: Official scores for IELTS OR PTE Only.

Copy of Passport.

CV / SOP (Statement of Purpose): Essay detailing reasons for applying for the course, reasons for applying to that specific UK university, career aspirations, and how the course fits the plan.

Two References: Typically one Academic and one Professional reference.

Work Experience (if applicable): Required if there is a significant study gap.

 

FOR CAS LETTER (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies)

 

Once the Offer is accepted, these documents are sent to the university to trigger the CAS issuance.

Financial Statement (28 Days Bank Statement): Bank statements demonstrating the required funds (tuition + living cost) have been held for 28 consecutive days. Loan and cash deposit allowed.

NOC Letter from MOE: No Objection Certificate letter from the Ministry of Education.

PAYMENT FOR CAS letter: Evidence of tuition fee deposit or payment to be processed by the university.

Immigration History Evidence: Includes any country visa refusals or previous Tier 4/Student Visas held.

ATAS Certificate: Required for certain sensitive courses only.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS): Required for certain courses only.

A Research Proposal: Mandatory for research programs.

CAS LETTER: The reference number (only valid for 6 months and can be used once).

IHS Surcharge: Payment receipt and reference number (must be paid before visa application).

Academic Certificates and English Language Proficiency Certificate (Originals).
